To appear in the ICASET 2026 Proceedings, the author of an accepted paper must register for the conference. Each accepted paper must be presented at the conference by one author, unless the TPC Chairs approve a substitute (agreed upon prior to the event) who is qualified to both present and answer questions.
At least one of the authors named on the paper must register for ICASET 2026.
The conference will be designed and prepared as both an online and a face-to-face event.
Registration Payment

To register for the conference, please use the UAL payment platform.

Important: When registering, you must enter the personal details of the person who will attend the conference (not the details of their university/company).

Invoice Request: If you need an invoice to be issued, you must request it at the time of registration (in Activity details → Issue invoice: Yes). It will not be possible to do this at a later date.

Invoice Tax Details: If you want the invoice to be in the name of your company/university, this information must be completed in the "Recipient details" section, selecting the Company option.
